ALMOND BEER BY GIOVANNI MIOLA

INGREDIENTS

• 4, 5 cl ADRIATICO roasted almonds
• 1,5 cl rye Whiskey
• 1,5 cl lime juice 
• 2 dashes Fernet Branca
• Soda Water 
• vanilla foam

HOW TO DO IT

• Shake vigorously all the ingredients with ice
• Strain over new ice in an Old Fashioned glass
• Pour a floating layer of vanilla foam on top
